Top Organization at St. Jude event

On Feb. 15 a handful of brothers participated in St. Jude’s “Up til dawn at Michigan State University”.

This was an event sponsored by St. Jude at the “People’s Church of East Lansing”.

Teams compete all night in different challenges to benefit the kids of St. Jude.

Our five brothers that participated were able to raise close to $4,000, in addition we were also named top organization.

“It was a ton of fun participating in this! It didn’t even seem like work since we all believed strongly in the cause,” Tyler Korber, Philanthropy Chair, said.

By participating our brothers helped families keep their hospital bills low. Families won’t have to pay for travel, housing or food. It also helps to fund St. Jude.

Their patented operations help to cure children with cancer all over the country. St. Jude has helped to increase the childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to 80%.

Together all of the teams involves raised $39,000 for St. Jude. We can’t wait to do it again next year!
