The Phi Delta Theta House at Michigan State
626 Cowley has been the home of Phi Delta Theta at Michigan State since November 1st, 1931, when the 9,000 square foot stone mansion was built for $75,000. Inside, you will find 20 bedrooms, enough to sleep 39 active brothers, a library, perfect for studying, an industrial kitchen where our cook prepares meals, and plenty of living space for everyone. Between classes, many of the brothers will come rest, get some last minute studying in, or shoot some pool. No matter what your schedule looks like, the Phi Delt house at 626 Cowley Ave becomes a major part of your everyday life here at Michigan State.
