Phi Delta Theta - Michigan Beta Awarded at General Convention

This summer, Phi Delta Theta hosted its' 82nd biennial General Convention in San Antonio, and Brother Matt Heilmann ('20) represented our chapter.

The success continues for us here at Michigan Beta as we were awarded in four categories:

1. Hayward S. Biggers Ritual Award - awarded to the chapters which demonstrate quality ritual performance in accordance with the laws of the Fraternity.

2. Excellence in Recruitment & Initiation Award - Recognizes those chapters that demonstrate superiority in their ability to recruit, retain, and initiate their Phikeias.

3. Excellence in Community Service and Philanthropy Award - Recognizes chapters whose efforts excel in at least 5 individual community service and/or philanthropy events and at least 1 large scale philanthropy and/or community service event for the academic year.

4. Chapter Excellence Award - Bronze Star - Recognizes chapters for being the best of the best in overall chapter operations over the past academic year.

We are extremely proud of the accomplishments we have achieved in the past year, and we are anxiously awaiting move-in day at 626 Cowley.
